We collect the minimum data necessary to make the app work. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal information in any way.

All data is stored securely in Supabase, a managed cloud database platform. Supabase uses PostgreSQL with row-level security (RLS), which means your data is only accessible to you — even at the database level.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Supabase is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

No data is shared with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and all data, and export your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

By accessing or using HostDash (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
HostDash is a property management tool designed for short-term rental hosts. It is provided as-is for personal and small-business use.
You may use HostDash to manage your own short-term rental properties. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own all property and booking data you enter into HostDash. We do not claim any rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is stored and protected.
HostDash may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fees at the frequency stated at checkout. All prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
HostDash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet every specific requirement you have.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HostDash and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.

We want you to be satisfied with HostDash. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how to do so.
HostDash offers a free trial period before any subscription charge. During this period you can explore all features at no cost. No refund is needed if you cancel before the trial ends — you will simply not be charged.
If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge date. No questions asked.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation your access continues until the end of the paid period.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors promptly, regardless of when they occurred.
To request a refund, contact us with your account email address and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
